„During my previous activities in the legal profession, I provided legal services in the mass debt collection to business entities that were strong players in the market in their segment, I provided legal services for start-up entrepreneurs from the selection of a suitable form of company, preparation of the necessary documentation, setting up employment relationships within their company, long-term entrepreneurs in solving their legal problems in supplier - customer relations in commercial relations, as well as in the termination of business activities of entities. I have also provided legal services to sports clubs and several sportsmen in negotiations, dispute proceedings (before the former Arbitration Court of the Slovak Football Association), as well as in exercising their claims and rights before sports organizations of the world (WADA). As a defense attorney, I have exercised the rights of accused persons and defendants in many criminal proceedings, thereby contributing to a fair court decision. Given my rich experience in criminal law, it is possible to prevent many undesirable situations and thus avoid prosecution. With legal advice, I have also helped many ordinary people to deal with their life situations, which required quick and precise legal solutions.“
